Our online service will allow you to order Title Deeds by simply entering the address on the fields below.
We only need the house number, townland and eircom number to search the database and retrieve the correct Title Deeds.
If you have the Folio Number, this is an added help but not needed at this stage.
The Title Deeds contain the property Folio ( Legal owner, debts on the property and restrictions ) and the Title Plan (the properties boundaries)
The Title Deeds Will Contain Both The Folio Document And The Map Showing The Boundaries
Folio Document
Folio Document will contains information related to; ownership details, house and land information, folio number, leases, mortgages, charges and restrictions
Title Map Document
The Title Plan Document will contain information related to the boundaries of the property. The boundaries will appear as a coloured line on an OS Map
